Form

Form is an Element of Design. Form is an extension of shape. ex:cone

Shape(2-D contour or outline)   ~   Form(3-D shape)
* square                                         *cube
*circle                                            *sphere
*triangle                                         *pyramid

The pictures, starfish, and shelf all give form to an otherwise flat wall.
